Martial Arts for Kids

For ages 4 - 12

Sustaire's ATA Martial Arts is developing life skills that help kids in school, home, socially and so MUCH more.

Childhood a challenging time. There are more social pressures prior to adulthood than at any time after, and there are more distractions (digital and otherwise) than ever before.

Training in martial arts can help children build the self-confidence they need to succeed in social interactions. They'll also learn self-defense and bullying countermeasures. Just as importantly, they'll be learning meaningful life skills - including respect, self-discipline, and focus - that will benefit them for years to come.

Martial arts isn't just a child's activity. Many of our young students have continued their training into their adult years, and several are now instructors here.

ATA kids programs start as young as age 4 (in the Tiny Tigers program), and continue progressively until they graduate into the Adult program.

Children need our support. We work hand in hand with parents to assure our teens make healthy choices. At Sustaire's Martial Arts, we work with each student one on one with support when needed.
